Jon Chasteen, along with his partner Michele, function as the Lead Pastors of Victory Church in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. They have two children, Corey and Jace. Jon holds a Bachelor's degree from Southwestern Christian University, a Masters in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma, and in 2017, received a Doctorate in Education from Oral Roberts University.
