It’s about time someone said this!!
I hear you and agree but for my marriage it did not work. I gave my wife a lot of time we would do everything together, which I truly enjoyed, and the quality time on occasions. This resulted in our marriage failing as she felt the quantity time was only a habit and meant nothing she wanted more quality time. Not to mention that she always accused me of having affairs then I would say to her where would I find the time as I was giving her all my time.
It sounds as though that was her problem then, not yours.
Borderline trait – push pull. I have the same problem. Never went anywhere has to spend all my time with her but it was not enough. She is now in a push phase and we hardly speak she never wants to see me.
