  2. I purchased “Fast Like A Girl” months ago and I love having it as a resource even though I don’t follow it to a t because ADHD. But I started closing my rings because of you and doing “grow with Jo” exercises since you mentioned her in your video. I’ve lost 15-20 pounds in a year because of IF but the most weight started coming off in these last 4 months. I’m really hoping to maintain this through the winter and life. I’m trying to fight this pre-diabetes with a vengeance! I’m proud of you and thank you so much for inspiring me and others!!! Love you!!!!

  4. You look great! I will have to look into the fasting. I’m not sure where I am in menopause but weight loss between that and my thyroid is snail speed. I’ve been doing 30 min walking/dance/weights daily although sometimes I miss a day or two. I’ve been adding in a 15 min one in the evenings that will eventually be outside once it’s not 200 degrees out (southeast Texas).

  8. Girl, I feel you about not drinking enough due to bathroom breaks! I have been fasting as well. I can tell my clothes are fitting looser. I haven’t been to the gym lately due to busy evening schedule. But I believe I have lost around 10 lbs from the last time I weighed myself. But mine is contributed to a medicine I’m on that is helping curb the appetite. But I am feeling good. Looking forward to working out again this week. Way to go!!
