  1. Can we just get real and point out that the overwhelming majority of unfaithful spouses—like 90-95% never even rise to the level of maturity required to do what’s mentioned in the video. If you have a cheating spouse and they are still being a jerk within 30 days after d day then holding on is a delusion.

  2. I am a BS. DDay was over 3 years ago. The other issue we have, is that my UW feels she has no work to do. This is a problem for me, because I still love her, but not once, has she told me to stay. I have been seeing a PTSD therapist for almost three years. I am tired of doing all the work, and her doing little. We watch two AR videos each week, but she cherry picks what she wants to here. In Vermont, there are no infidelity therapists. My wife has said she would work with people at AR for therapists, that she needs someone to hold her accountable. The two she did try, said, you did what you needed for yourself( the affair) so he needs to deal with it.
    Just tonight, my wife wanted to fool around, but I have little desire for her. I need a sexual emotional connection first, and she can’t give me that.
