We added my daughter’s baked macaroni & cheese to our Thanksgiving meal this year. It was soooo good. I’m having stomach surgery in 10 days so it was nice to have a good meal ❤

I cheated this year. I bought my turkey slices and dressing from the hot bar at my local grocery store. I made the mash potatoes and green bean from scratch. It was an easy Thanksgiving.

Happy Thanksgiving TFS..Celery was .95 cents at Aldi and yes you definitely have to buy the large rigged macaroni early when i purchased mine it was about 4 on the shelf. I had Velveeta that was growing mold inside the package but can’t confirm whether i just purchased or not so just tossed it but all of these stores are gettimg notorious for expired or almost expired food on the shelf. I alsobgrabbed the sage sausage from Publix early whrn I saw it becaise it definitely gets hard to find. If you are making some of this for christmas buy it now.
Yeah I took a shortcut last year with Jiffy and didn’t know it was sweet until after baked. By then it was too late and the dressing tasted off. Lesson learned. But if you like sweet dressing it’s a good shortcut
The Barilla elbows have been out of stock here in the stores way before thanksgiving! I’m so mad about it, I hope they didn’t stop making them, they are my fav for a number of dishes!!
Hi jia, I was watching planting birches and she found butter on sale in aldi, she said it was a good price. Maybe you can have a look there if you want butter for cooking, baking etc
