  1. I went to church with an older woman and her husband was already died she said she always told her husband he could read the menu all he wanted but to come home for for dinner a stack

    1. And that’s a terrible thing to say and allow. We are to be self controlled and take our thoughts captive.

  2. ““I have made a covenant with my eyes; how then could I gaze at a virgin? What would be my portion from God above and my heritage from the Almighty on high? Is not calamity for the unrighteous, and disaster for the workers of iniquity? Does not he see my ways and number all my steps?”
    ‭‭Job‬ ‭31‬:‭1‬-‭4‬ ‭ESV‬‬

  3. “7 For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.”
    2 Timothy 1:7

“28 Like a city whose walls are broken through is a person who lacks self-control.”
    Proverbs 25:28

“8 Rather, he must be hospitable, one who loves what is good, who is self-controlled, upright, holy and disciplined.”
    Titus 1:8

“1 Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.
2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
    Romans 12 1-2

“5 We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.”

    2 Corinthians 10:5

  4. Men do not care. Its not an issue of being open and honest with them. They will continue to disrespect a wife if they think there are no consequences for it. And most don’t. It’s probably a habit by now so ingrained that they will continue. It’s not that they have a lack of knowledge that it hurts the spouse, it’s that they don’t care.

  5. A married man tells his friend that a particular woman is ‘nothing to look at’ . He’s looked long enough to evaluate, is that lustt then?

  6. He’s totally aware of it because she talked to him about it. Stop making excuses to stare at other women. It’s not the women’s responsibility to dress differently. It’s totally disrespectful when men do it! Men are not the victims! I feel you are making excuses for men’s actions!

  7. If a man sees ladies in the area, unless he has a good reason that he needs to speak with her, he should turn his head in the opposite direction. Let’s be honest here, lust is a huge problem especially for men. To look at a woman with lust is to have already committed adultery in your heart, Jesus. Run from sexual sin. It will cost your eternal soul and drag you to hell. It’s hurting you, your wife and your family. Once you do that you will beak that ugly habit.
