I'm sharing my practical technique to periodic for 18 hours a day while attempting to consume whole foods and absolutely nothing processed. It's really hard not to have any processed food. So I approach it not being too hard and what works for me as I look after myself and my family. I'm also sharing all of the food I consumed and truthfully sharing how I feel.

    Have you experienced any issues with increased gas and bloating during intermittent fasting? I was successful with it when I tried it in my late twenties, but now that I’m turning 40, my body is NOT feeling it. I guess everyone is different.   2. I love, love, love intermittent fasting! I’ve been on it for almost two years. My window to feed is 8 a.m. until noon. Meals: Breakfast, eggs and fruit at 8, Snack, fruit/pickle/popcorn, Lunch/Dinner, salmon/chicken and salad. Water, water, water. Do I make mistakes…ATLEAST ONE TIME PER WEEK I FALL OFF THE WAGON. BUT I DON’T MARINATE IN THE MISTAKE. I’m Iearning to extend muyself grace. I’m a child care business owner so it works perfect. I feel alive again. I’m 54, in menopause and it helps with symptoms along with magnesium 400 mg. God bless you ABUNDANTLY!

  3. I’m doing IF as well. But my times are longer (11am-7pm). I’m going to shorten them for more of a challenge.

  5. Yes just drink black coffee. After a week you will get use to it. That is the only way i drink my coffee. ☕

  6. You look amazing. Your an inspiration. Been struggling with getting my steps in. But watching you I’m inspired to try harder. I’m a caretaker for my mom so getting steps in consist of me go up and down my basement stairs. Which I do somedays more than others.

  9. Been fasting since Dec 22 and it really has helped with energy and I’m not constantly bloated! I started with 16/8 now I can easily do 20 hr fast. Its a game changer and really heals the body.
