  1. Lee-dell.. most grocery store ever. They opened one 10 mins from me over a year ago and i was driving past it once.. and decided to check it out. Girl.. you know it is awesome!

  2. I looovveee our Lidl here in NC!! It has saved us so much on our grocery budget!! I love that they have an awesome bakery as well as great produce, meat. staples and of course all the cool non food items. Thank you for sharing!

  3. I’m still watching but please tell me you downloaded the app. Thats where I find out about all the hidden and upcoming deals. Also the coupons they have and give are usually really good. Their bakery is AMAZING!!

  4. My biggest tip for camping is to not overpack. Cool gear is fun but putting everything away stinks.

  5. I love Lidl. I can (and do depending on what I’m getting) walk to it; it’s at the end of our community. They always have a good deal on produce. I got strawberries during their last sale for $1.98 a lb; nobody’s price has been that low; at least not in my area. The design of your store is very different from mine as well. Our parking lot is huge for it to be one of the smaller sales; we have parking spaces for days. Lol. The weekend sales used to be Friday and Saturday, but sometime last year they changed it to Sat/Sun. I can usually find one thing from it to get. Oh and those pizzas are great!! I’ve tried the organic cheese and veggie one and I liked them both. I look forward to more of your videos from there.

  6. Aldi and Lidl aren’t connected. They’re 2 separate stores, not owned by competing brother etc as the stories go in the US for some reason. In Germany, there are 2 Aldi’s that are owned by brothers that compete, but Lidl is totally separate. They just both happen to be German stores.

  7. Lidl and Aldi has the same kinda concept both German companies. I consider them cousins hehe. Here in The Netherlands they are all over. I love their greens and bakery.

    1. @Amy Reynolds No they are not its different families. I know people think they are. I know that rumor started when lidl made its appearance people just assumed they were.

    2. @Zeva B Oh interesting thanks for setting me right. I heard they were brothers that started out working together then had a falling out so one of the brothers started his own store.

  8. It is pronounced Lee dull. When you download the app you get a free gift for your birthday usually a small box of chocolates. They also give you a discount on your next purchase when you spend $20 on a shopping trip. If you ever have an issue just go online and they resolve it pretty quickly. I love the floral selection and their fruit and vegetables always look great.

  9. It’s pronounced Lee DL. We love this store. I watch for their sale on organic grass fed ground beef.We stock up on it then. We learned the hard way not to buy their shrimp. We got it three times and each time it had an off taste to it.
They are Aldi’s direct competition. They are both German based grocery stores.

  10. Lidl ‘s ground beef is really good. Stock up when they are $2.99-3.99. Lidl and Aldi are both German but not related. They sell similar items but Lidl sells better outdoor items in my opinion. They are both great stores depending on your needs. Lidl’s baked good section is amazing. I had one of their deck boxes outside and it melted but I have another in my garage with no issues. Love this video

  11. I’m for it to see how you do regarding weekly sales if you can maneuver multiple
Stores during your week, I know that not everyone can, but it might be inspiring to show what savings you can find and see if you can even maybe do just 2 stores, some like that. Otherwise great haul Jia!

  12. the store is awesome!! shop EARLY for the finds. the meats are priced well, but haven’t been since inflation has raised the prices. edit. yep the prices have gone up. the grass fed beef was $5.99 lb.

  13. I live across the road from a Lidl and an Aldi ( I’m in Ireland) Very cheap and an awesome bakery. They also have the lidl plus app for your phone. Everything you shop there, even if its just for milk and bread, you get a scratch and win coupon for a FREE product. My most recent ones were: free fabric softener, organic tin tomatoes, cuppa soups, packs of chocolate bars…the list goes on. Every few shops, a euro off your next purchase. Worth going for the freebies!!!

  14. I’m in the UK and love Lidl, especially the bakery! People queue in the morning to get in just for the fresh croissants

  15. Yes, pronounced as Lee-Dell. It’s a German grocery store, and we love it here in The Netherlands. Good deals too!

  16. my mother has discovered that market and can’t enough of it she introduced her sister to it and now she is in love with it as well both shop at that market entirely too often lol but they stock up so I guess it’s worth it

  17. I wish that store was near me in Missouri! I would go back for the random finds as well. I think that round clear bin was for a wine bottle. I have been thinking about purchasing a couple which is the only reason I know…lol! Great video, thanks for taking us along.
